Our Church

We have been around for two years, and recently we have sought acceptance in the Santa Fe River Association and funding from the Florida Baptist Convention. We have slowly declined in number over the last two years for various reasons, but a question arose in one of the meetings about my leadership. Would I be able to lead a chruch to grow in our community? That was the question asked of me by a represenative of the Convention. I thought for a second and though I had doubts I did say yes. He asked, "Then why hasn't the church grown?" I had no answer. The answers I could have used felt like excuses and I am tired of making excuses. So I was asked to wrestle with the question, "Is my leadership style right for where we are planting?" Honestly right now, I just don't know.

This is my blog

I have finally started my own personal blog. Not that the world needs another blog, or tha what I have to say is something everyone must hear, but just to put thoughts, struggles, failures and victorys down for others to see.

We will look at topics and just everyday stuff.
